It's gotten fairly straightforward....

As funds allow, the best available Liberty Head half eagle under $800, or eagle under $1200. Emphasis on scarcity and branch mints over condition and specific dates. The last one was a 1857-S half eagle in VF20 slabbed.

Coins like these used to be priced much lower, and were fairly easy to find, but not so much anymore.

I'd like a Seated Liberty dollar, a Trade dollar and an Indian Head Gold Eagle. Those are definitely the classic US coins on my wants list.

For my type set I need a Large cent, Seated half dime, Seated dime w/Arrows, Capped Bust quarter, 2 Half dollars w/ Arrows and w/ Motto, 2 Dollars w/ motto and w/o motto.
