They list four different varieties, they just neglect to mention that the last two have no prefixes.

BTW the B is not the series number it is the check letter.
Notes were printed in sheets of four, all having the same sheet number but with check letters A,B,C, or D.

Please feel free to educate me .

Coinsandcanada has the info for the Dominion of Canada DC-18c below:
https://www.coinsandcanada.com/bank...7&id_denom=2

The third note is the first 1935 issue (A Series) from the Bank of Canada (BoC or BC):
https://www.coinsandcanada.com/bank...4&id_denom=2

The Chartered (BMO) $5, the Dominion of Canada (DC-18) 1911 $1 & the (BC-1) 1935 $1 all appear to be in 'Fine' condition to me. Nice notes @Westy00

@Westy00 below is from the Rules thread. If you have tried to find the info yourself but are confused, it is best to follow the guidelines below. I had no idea what your question was, nor any idea that you needed info on a BMO Chartered $5.00 until I opened & read. I'm just a collector like you (& @DBM) but appreciate concise questions re: one note at a time. Every collector wants clarity. (Remember- there may be others who'd like info on the 1911 DC-18 or the 1935 BC-1 you added to this thread & my answers buried this).

The title of the topic also becomes the title of the topic's web page, which enables us to attract more collectors to the site. The more members we have, the more we learn.

Topic titles must be at least 20 characters in length. Please don't think it's appropriate to just add random characters or words irrelevant to the the to "fill in" so the topic goes through. It's not and the topic will likely be removed.

Let's say you need help attributing an 1896 Morgan dollar....

Bad: Need help with coin

Better: Need help with Morgan dollar

Good: Need help with 1896 Morgan dollar

Awesome: Need help with VAM on 1896 Morgan Dollar
