I have always held as my distinction that both of the ribbon edges must be clearly separated from the neck to earn an EF/XF grade, hence my VF35.
TPG might squeak it into EF holder.

Can't argue, but I'd bet this ends up in an EF holder if submitted.

XF-40, but I wouldn't be surprised if it graded XF-45 at PCGS/NGC.
