Much Better picture! Looks like a nice die chip. This seems to be a common area for die chips on dimes, and some of them can get to be quite dramatic. Good find.

.10 Die chips don't command a premium. Only on ebay they are a very rare error, to the people who don't know much about errors.

Yes I agree worth only face value. But inexpensive to own and good to save as an exemplar until you can find one with larger/more die chips.
