I'm really glad that you made the suggestion on the side lighting since it forced me to remove it from an old Mylar holder that was very yellow. Check out these new photos to see how both sides brightened up.

These new photos are made of all original colors without any digital manipulation.

The official result:

https://www.pcgs.com/banknotes/cert/50976257

I sent this to the TPG because I was concerned about that small white spot on the reverse in the green field directly above the ''of" located below the perimeter white border. I thought that the spot could possibly hold back this note to an F grade. If the note is held up to a light at present, one can barely see a minuscule vestige of some light trying to poke its way through in the bottom part of the 'A' in FEDERAL.

What is the likelihood of this condition worsening to a complete, easily seen pinhole observable on both sides? And if it did become one, would PCGS bear any responsibility and would this grade stay the same?
