VF20. Looks original but not liking the scratch on the eagle's shield. It could details the coin.

If you're referring to the strike weakness on the Eagles left wing you are correct. The coin looks accurately graded and attractive for the grade.

the problem is, and we have seen it a lot, some graders don't take that into consideration

Finally an accurately graded bust half! If I sent that in, it would come back Fine-15!!

Looks about right to me, 20 or 25.
