Just heavily circulated is all. Your scale is miscalibrated. This is the Zincoln equivalent of an Extra Fine grade. Compared to the uncirculated example in your last pic it also looks like someone gave it the " Texas Cent" treatment which is notorious for knocking the plating off.

How Is my scale Miscalibration and how do you tell from a pic? I can Tell You I have calibrated it with a 100gr to calibrate it as well as 50gr lead weights. Also every Coin before 1/7/82 weights at correct weight.
Did you see something? if so please inform on what needs to be done

okay I well now I am working on this so 10 nickels should equal 50gr correct?

Yea I knew that as I have the tolerance saved as a quick link but back to the scale. the nickels should weigh 50gr right cause it is showing 49.74gr with nickels from 2010 to 23

i mean if its off and the 2 1983 D pennies that weigh at 2.68 that could be a big difference right

never mind new scale and 100gr 75gr 50gr Calibration Weights should be here tomorrow and thanks so much I thought it was good

Could it have been a previously Encased Cent and plated. That would explain the strange shape of the edge.

There are remnants of the plating left behind. The plating was stripped. I had a 95 D that looked just like it a few years back.

I'll add that one thing to remember about genuine unplated cents is that they will still have mint luster. I didn't see any on the coin in question.
