The seated Liberty is Dime size. The front is real nice, the back...not so much

Nice 'Love Token'. I have one in my collection and I like the reverse better than the obverse. The obverse is close to AU. They all have such unique designs on the reverse.

Nice pick up $15. How unusual to find a horses rear end featured on this forum. I usually come across mine in the local bars!

Corrcet me if I am wrong but the 1877 Seated Liberty dime with the hand engraved reverse would be the 'Love Token'.

How fun! I should go to flea markets more often! I imagine myself wastingspending hours on-line looking up all the international coins and odd tokens, and cataloging the US coins and updating my coin folders with some of them. As a n00b with very little spending money, I am jealous of this little haul of yours!

Not bad for $15. I always like picking through those random lots of stuff at flea markets. It's a shame about some of the corrosion on the IHC's, but I think you still did well!

I actually have one of those sitting on my desk at work, courtesy of a coworker that used to live in NYC.
