My guess is VAM 14 on the first and VAM 15 on the second..What say you?

I believe the first one is a VAM-14 O/O Right High. Look for doubled tail feathers also.
The second,I just don't know.Certainly is doubled but it almost looks like O/S. You can see the downword right slant of the "S" inside the "O".

I believe you're right on both counts. Check for the (slightly) doubled tailfeathers TLS mentions - it'll be the first 5, counted from the viewer's left of the tail.
