Can you look at the picture and tell me if this is double lettering on this 1973 Kennedy half dollar...?

That looks like Machine Doubling to me rather than a doubled die or the likes. If you could get a shot shat shows off the slope of the letters I could better tell.

Definitely MD....flat shelf like doubling, no split serifs, no "extra" width on the letters.
