Hmmm...not the best start to my coin examination last night.
Have gone through 200 coins, and managed to bag a 2001 Norfolk Island 20 cent commemorative.
Looking at the 50 cent and 1 dollar lots tonight.

My results are in from $250 of 50c:

First $10 bag of 50c I thought I had the comp won.
2x SA 2001 Fed
1x TAS 2001 Fed
1x 1991 Rams Head
1x1993
1x1985

After that bag it was pretty much down hill.
2x 1973
1x 1991 Rams Head
2x SA 2001 Fed
1x QLD 2001 Fed
1x NT 2001 Fed
1x ACT 2001 Fed

Not too bad. Disapointing all the bags werent like the first. I'm thinking it must have been a collectors coins that had been deposited back to the bank because to find all them in one bag is near impossible.

Dont think I can win with that so good luck to others!

Nope. spot on
It is an interesting and exciting way to collect coins at low cost. You only pay for the coins that you keep.

Late night - insert random comment: @enworb that first bag I'd die for, considering NO states in $100 50c and clearly collector returns with a bag containing numerous 70's aUnc's with pattern toning, but made up for by 94 wide dates & 93, with bubbles and 2008 gaps in 20's...

Sorry to disappoint nancy, but my noodling (and bubbles) happens mid-week, so we're still at just the 2 for the week... But I can feel for enworb's hard week state-wise because I know from experience it's been a hard week ;)
