MS-64 only because the strike is weak. Nice coin with great color!

Being a copper collector I think I'm somewhat out of my league with the silvery money but I do believe I see wear on the hair above Liberty's ear also on the ear lobe as well as on the cap. Also I believe there is slight wear on the eagles breast feathers. I know we EACer's can be a little dogmatic in detail grading but doesn't wear equal a max of an AU grade?

Kopper Ken, many of these O Mint dollars came softly struck. Usually the hair right above the ear and the eagle's breast feathers lack detail. This is definitely an MS coin.
Rest in Peace

I have to agree with the MS64 consensus. The obverse has a beautiful rainbow pattern. I like it a lot.

I should have added that my guess would have been a MS-64+ or MS-64 Star (*).
