Just want to ask people on this blog site a question.
I just came into a 2010 1 oz.Piedfort $5 Silver Maple Leaf. It has box and COA and it was sent away for grading by NGC which it came back with a PF68 grade. Which on the NGC websites POP report only 32 have that rating. Now I know being that this is a Canadian Commemorative thread, if there would be any interest in a trade. My Piedfort for .999 goverment issue AG. Just putting a feeler out there.
Hope I'm not out of line.

I went to the NGC website and entered the verification code to the Piedfort and the 32 POP was given for a reply, since I am not a paying member I do not have access to the census reports for that coin but with higher gradings. And since I don't normally collect bullion that has been sent off for TPG. I don't have a membership to NGC or any other TPG company's. Sorry I can't provide more information than that.

That's only because no one really sends them in to be graded. Or at least I don't think they do. I could be wrong. But I'm sure you can find someone willing to take it. It'll be even easier to get cash.

FYI. It didn't sell out. Charlton indicates the final mintage was 6843.

NGC PF68 grade would be better to remove from NGC case, everyone wants PF69-70.
so what's the trade?
2010 NGC PF68 Piedfort for .999 goverment issue AG.
Sorry but what exactly is a .999 goverment issue AG?
which goverment, USA or Canada?

I like this coin.
Bought mine half an year ago, as addition to the Maple Leaf collection.
It very nicely displays in RCM's simple maroon box. Not so thick as the High Relief coins by Perth Mint, but still worth it's money (for collector).

Do not see any reason to send it for grading.

I uploaded the pictures, somewhere in the thread about 2013 SML Set

I have 2 2013 SML sets.

Should I send them for grading?
Anyone know is there a grading company in GTA? And what is the fee?

Thanks
