I just ordered one (#8104 Lincoln shield cents with proof issues 2010+) now that they are officially in stock at a few places. Prices are very similar after shipping on most coin store websites. ebay may be a good deal for the albums that have been out for a while.. Look for seller Hobby Supply Co. I remember hearing a long time ago they didnt have one but assumed they had made one when I came upon the 2nd link.
