Help With Chinese Cash, Please ?

Yes it is a Jia Qing (or how ever you like to spell it) Tong Bao, nothing wrong with the first character, although I do not know the KM number, as I do not use that.

I bought and use David Hartill's Cast Chinese Coins. Here is a link to US dealer Scott Seman's review of it. He claims that it is now "the new standard reference". His site also has a list of mintmarks that you can reference or print out.

For online references, I used to use the picture guide at sportstune. Then I discovered the Calgary Coin guide, which was very helpful but unfortunately incomplete. There is also a Chinese Charms and Coins page built by one of the members of CCF which I have bookmarked but haven't explored all the areas.

I don't know if many of these sources go into much detail about grading. But then, the coins themselves aren't as demanding as machine struck coins.
