Can anyone tell me if my kansas quarter is unique due to the lip/rim is so much higher than normal? Also the edge is smooth and mostly copper. Also can anyone tell me if it has a detached leg

To CCF! It appears to be an early stage Dryer Coin. PMD. Not an error. Worth face value.

Put this quarter on top of another quarter and you will
see that the diameter is smaller. A sign of a Dryer Coin.
