Hi Southern Yankee, Yep, That's what I saw, I kinda thought it was Machine Doubling too! It was still fun to find something other than just a plain [78] HaHa, Thank's for your reply moonshine.
It is Machine Doubling, but it isn't the typical 'die chatter' doubling caused by the bounce of a loose die. This doubling is caused by the coin hanging in the chamber (sticking to the die) at the time it was ejected. The ejection scooted the design over a little when the coin came loose from the die. Only the higher devices were affected because of the nature of the doubling. Notice that the FG initials were not affected. Doubling like this can only be caused by ejection.
