unholyroller Pillar of the Community United States 1903 Posts	Posted 09/26/2012 11:46 am Over the past year in buying junk silver coins I have accumulated a small quantity of V nickels. For common date, common condition examples is there any interest in them and what can one realistically hope to sell them for? rycolemet Valued Member United States 238 Posts	Posted 09/26/2012 1:16 pm I would say if they are about G-4 you will probably get $1.50 to $2.50 for the common dates. $3 seems high, especially compared to what they usually go for on ebay ($1-$2). Report this Post to the Staff

The owner saw my interest, searched the remainder and moved lots of them to another box and priced them at $1.50. I generally won't pay over .50 for lots on e-bay or craigslist. That's just me.
