So let me get this straight, the numbers ARE convertible into letters?

Symmetry is what Moe was getting at, yes. I noticed this after the fact, so it's not necessary to solving it, but could definitely save you some time.

Based on Moe's previous remarks, yes the numbers are convertible into letters, but the letter with it is also important.

Thanks guys. Since the numbers are convertible to letters, that means that there are NO 1-letter words in the quote, as stated before, am I right?

I am trying to look at the clues given before jg86 solved this. I am completely dumbfounded.

It's not a hint for the letter H. The H is for the encoded category of that type of letter.
