2000 D Dime Someone Shed Light On Me As To What This Is?

Slade New Member United States 43 Posts	Posted 12/09/2012 05:35 am Normally I would have passed this one off as just damage from a different source aside from the mint but when I took a better look I believe this all had happened during production..
