hard to tell for sure with those pictures but it looks like a solid VG. Probably worth around $3

I am also at VG8 but it could go down to VG6 depending on the number of letters visible on liberty's headband. To make VG8 a minimum of 3 full letters must be legible. It is kind of difficult to tell from your images so you will need to take a look and let us know.

Looks to a nice example with no corrosion or obvious blemishes!
