Well that picture has me seriously considering getting one :P
Here's a question for you guys though, scanning the reviews I see that the gold version has a much lower rating than the silver. Any particular reason? Hard to believe there's such a difference between the same design in a different metal.

Hard to believe there's such a difference between the same design in a different metal. Just a couple of observations. The reviews and rating on the mint.ca represent a minute number of opinions. They are essentially meaningless. You can even rate and review a coin without ever having seen it never mind owning it. Not really ideal. But if I had to guess, the 20mm gold coin may be too small for the image. It may just show better on the 40mm silver coin but that is speculation because I have not actually seen the Au one. Speaking for myself, I had no intention of buying the silver version until I saw it in a PO. It's now in my collection.

Nope....still cant get into the fox coin. It's got some nice/unique lines and the face of the fox looks amazing, however the rest is abit fake.If the Fox's body and back ground was realistic,id be all over the coin....jmo

I was not impressed by the gold coin and it's probably because it is small compare to the silver. I don't mind if this coin don't sell out. Not all sell out are good. Look at the 2009 summer moon mask coin, no one wants it before. It got melted and now everyone scrambling to get one. I am not saying this coin have the same effect but sometime coin not selling out can be a good thing.

I still can't get by the fact that it isn't an ounce, or any standard weight.
