I'd go F12 and maybe even F15. Value would be about $20.

Nice collectable condition - VG 8. A real close look at the surfaces and odd wear patterns would tell you if it's a 15 or 20 dollar coin.

I will go with F-15. Maybe VF-20 on a good day.
