 I've seen dozens of auction hammers on VF to EF and its more comparable to a choice VF - a bit too much wear along her brow and hair line as well as face and bust for EF. The reverse is slightly stronger and there are more strike issues than wear with the reverse. again though, nice pickup and certainly a Large 4 Variety which if you send to PCGS for slabbing and request the attribution, you've got a rated R5.5 and in VF35 PCGS, a $150 - $175 dime.  |

Very nice! I especially like the reverse die crack. It appears to go rim to rim?

I am with the group and say its a strong VF. You should check out Russ Logan's collection online and see if you can match the crack to one of his of the same date. You might have a rare die pairing there!
