They aren't all from the Nazi/WWII period; all the coins you can see with the eagle on them, for example, are pre-WWI Empire types. These would not have been in circulation during WWII. Some of the coins might have rare date-mintmark combinations, but without pics of both sides you can't be sure.
I don't know what the yellow ticket-things are. The word in red stamped on them is "Düsseldorf", the name of a city in the Ruhr region of western Germany.
