Quote: Yes, nice pics, but I'm not sure of the history here, how do you have them in hand already? I was at a few local coin stores today and they don't even have them yet? Just curious is all...(scratches head) Some dealers also had them. I picked up my GITD dinosaur on Monday from my dealer. He also had all the other new releases as well.

My three from the RCM were in the mail box today. Surprised they didn't require a signature.

Got mine today, just before leaving to the work. What I think, the resell prices went drastically up in the short period for first GITD, actually due to very long delay (production issues?) between batches. So demand was very high and supply low, everyone wants, specially it was new. Remember the prices drop (from $100 to $60) when the second batch stared to fill the market? That didn't happen with 2-nd GITD and looks like, according to the fast shipment by RCM - will not happen with 3-rd coin. But the series still kind of "cool", just for the fun

You would be amazed at the amount of people that don't know that....some just shop on ebay only...

Got mine today! Very nice coin. Really looks good in the dark. I would say that it is my favorite so far.

You are lucky, I have them in hand and could not sell any for $40. And I got the coins on the first day of release.

Back in stock at the Mint. Despite good reviews, this coin has trouble selling out.

Jerry Coyne featured the Canadian Prehistoric creatures series today on his Why Evolution is True blog. http://whyevolutionistrue.wordpress...-collection/Pretty good exposure to a crowd with money and the interest in pursuing something like this. As well, the artist of the series pops into the comment section to share a few words. (fair warning... those who do not like evolution may find the tone on his site harsh)
