Got some silver in a trade! Got 4 Silver dollars now. When the 5th comes in (takes about 3 months per) ill update the security measure for storing them (its currently very secure, but it could be bombproof). One from each state would be nice - this one is from Alabama.

The dollar is nice and Lustrous. Had a good look at it, handled it as one should with (ahem) and decided that it would make a good desk piece. So I waxed it (lynch mob approaching) to prevent deterioration of the lustre and toning from handling (the hairline scratches were introduced by my handling of it).

I like that Peace dollar! I was thinking of getting into junk silver soon, all I have is a merc and a 40% Kennedy. What did you trade for them?

Bombproof, that was funny!

Wax? I know they spelled "trust" with a V, but it's not one of your ancients, Ben! You've got a couple millennia before that silver starts crystallizing!

Nice buy! I think the Mercury dime is the best though.
