Hello, yes, it is the lighting . It is a medium silver color in person. There is very light rainbow toning that is impossible to see except when looking at the coin under a direct bright light. Also forgot to add 25.5 mm and 3.1g, very thin.
I agree with Edward IV groat. I'm thinking the mintmark is pellet-in-annulet, though on the obverse it looks like just an annulet, and the reverse just a pellet.
