Well it's one of the micro "o" varieties all of which are "Top 100 coins. Tough to tell from the pics but I'm guessing either V31 or V32.

I agree. Tough to nail down a specific VAM on a circulated example.

It's a VAM 31, identifiable by date position compared to the VAM 6 near date. I think you have your 6 and 32 mixed up, Cherree, the tilted O mintmark is 6 and 31, not 31 and 32. 32 is a straight and centered O.

I'm slowly going for a full micro-O mintmark set. I've now got the 1880, the 1896, and now the 1899. Just two more to go! And yes, I'm aware the '96, '00 and '02 are contemporary counterfeits... I think it's cool!
