Hi. I found this 1909 penny in the "need a penny, take a penny" cup at the local gas station. Thought I would just share it with you. (Sorry about the pictures it's the best I can do at this time) Thanks for your time.

did you replace it in the tray with another coin?

Thanks for your feed back! Yes I did replace it with a 2001 D dime. I can't help but look in the penny trays at the register. I get mad when they round the difference up so I do not get any pennys.

Possibly put there on purpose. Some collectors have excessive amounts of Wheat Cents and just put them back in circulation.
