AU-50 maybe higher? however, I have rarely see a coin in which has mint lustre but is worn.
Wait for an expert grader. very nice coin and well done pictures!

sorry guys, the coin is no longer mine. I sold it some time ago. even though I have the pictures, it is too easy to identify and I can not post it. sorry for being so hasty.

I'd say VF30, maybe EF40.

 No more than EF.

That big square jewel has way too much wear for AU. It even has too much wear for EF. The rest of the coin looks EF. It is either a weak strike or has suffered some serious cabinet rub. I like to see those big jewels sharper for EF condition.

VF30 due to wear on the large jewel.

On ICCS technicals, VF-30. PCGS grading, XF-40 or 45. The luster and overall appearance give you a higher initial grade impression than the actual wear present dictates.
