1. Is the 7/7 also referred to as re-punched 7 or is there a slight difference in that variety? If so what is it? I see Manz reference both in his inventory on two separate coins.

2. Would consider that a lamination error on obv?

2...Definitely a lamination issue in the bottom photo..

I'll let the varieties experts refer to the 7/7..

You seem to be right on both counts. Seems like a lamination error and the 7/7.

Thanks ZX, I've seen that coin (picture) before. It does show the 7/7 (top left) and it is comparable to the coin I posted. However the coin I posted also has a few other things goins on with the seven. Would this be considered a "7/high seven"?
