Came across this, well, different looking indian head. Based on the photos provided, how do you think it grades? I notice the four diamonds that are, apparently, important to grading, at least listings on ebay would make you think so.

Wow is that ugly! It appears to have MS details but was harshly cleaned and retoned terribly.
