I placed almost $1200 order with them. They never shipped my order. No, they did not stiff me, but I wasted my time going through their catalog which turned out to be completely pointless. Upon my inquiry they replied that my cc payment did not go through and that was a lie, no a trait you are looking for in a coin dealer. Then, I was advised to re-order but at considerably higher prices. While the integrity and good reputation is of the most importance for any seller that is even more so true for a coin dealer. Since they lack the former they should not have the latter.

Welcome to the forum, goldismoney! Just wondering, was the order for gold bullion? Had the prices in the catalog not been updated for a while?

Thank you t360. The order was for a few commemorative coins. I do not know how often they update their catalog but should not one assume that the prices are current? I guess that is the Internet shopping is about. Regardless, I would not say the prices were off as very same night I ordered similar coins from Black Mountain Coins at even better prices and received them just a few days later.

goldismoney, I agree with you that if they couldn't fulfill the first order without these problems I would definately not give them a second chance especially for a higher price on the same items. I don't think I would even care if it was because they hadn't updated their pricing online in awhile, if thats what the online price was then that is what I would expect to pay. Even though I have never done business with these individuals (nor had any plans to) I appreciate the heads up with your experience with them
