I'm hoping I identified this coin correctly as a Constantine the Great commemorative, the VRBS Roma commemorative with helmeted Roma on one side and the suckling she-wolf with twins on the other?

I'm not sure what the city of mint is (Lyons? Trier? Arles? etc.).

So this is Constantine the Great coin correct?

Looks like it might be SNM for Nicomedia.

I agree that it looks like SNM. Tesorillo is a great place to help identify these coins. For this one:

Constantinus Magnus and sons Constantinus II, Constans, and Constantius II. I don't know if you can narrow these coins down to a more specific issuing ruler, but perhaps someone else on the board might know better.
