Matt Dinger (of The Coin Show fame) bought a new url http://www.mycoinauction.com/categoriesThis is a coin selling hub that lists coins you have for sale for free and doesn't charge final value fees. The site is looking for sellers (and buyers) so I figured I would post this here in the main forum to see if anyone is interested. Edited by Harmonica

Looks to be not functioning quite as well as ebay. The site shows, in the US category, 19 quarters listed for sale - click on it and there's just one. for US half dollars, supposedly 32 - but only two are found when you click on the link. Worse is 72 US nickels, when none show up when you click on the link. |

Yeah, I'm working on a few bugs. I have had access to the site for around 24 hours. I'm hoping within the week to have it all sorted out.

Good luck Matt! It is not like ebay doesn't need to be kicked! Some real competition that actually protects sellers might be what is needed. |

I love the idea and went and checked out your site... looks great so far and hopefully you get the bugs worked out of it soon.. I created an account tonight and can't wait till everything is up n running without the minor bugs so I can start listing some stuff for sale... congrats to you and hope it all works out to be what you are hoping for and thanks for all your hard work putting this together.

Looking forward to this Matt! I've tried out the SWcoin site but found a lot of issues with the searches and listings too, similar to what's happening on our new site. Hope it goes well, I'd sure like another forum for auctioning coins I don't need any longer, I'm about to dump a lot of VAM dollars, and would love a better way than ebay.
