Whatever is on the holder is good not overgraded.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Ok. Now I'm seriously confused...if mine is for you F-15 how this bleached or washed one here can get a EF 45 by PCGS ? Mine is a F-12 graded by cccs. Is there's something I should know ?...

Yes, there are a few things you should know. Grading is subjective. Grading services make mistakes. There can be strike differences from year to year. I also believe ICCS uses different standards in grading than a TPG in the US. I'm not an expert, but one or some of these reasons may explain the discrepancy.

The coin you linked is much higher grade than yours, there is just some strike difference as jpbone mentioned. However, the coin in the picture, I would call VF-30 Cleaned, and like many Canadian coins it rests in a problem-free over-graded PCGS holder. "Buy the coin, not the slab" This has worked out in your favor as you've probably paid an F-12 price for a F-15 (bordering on VF-20) coin.
