Too bad it isn't graded by the reverse, it would probably be a MS65. Because of the dings on the obverse, I will say MS63

MS63 with an exceptional reverse.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website

Coin: MS63+ Photos: MS65. Man, that reverse is just out of this world. The darker rubs or whatever they are, are like a reflection in the water.
