obverse needs the cameo effect so by ICCS standards....no. definitely a keeper since you have a mid state obv. die paired with an earlier state rev. die.

He means the die that made the front is more used than the die that made the back of the coin.

At least MS63 with a shot a 64. Don't think ICCS will give it a cameo as like others have said it's the obverse that determines this. The reverse is HC with a shot at UHC. Nice coin.
