1976-D Bicentennial Quarter Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ?

Upon closer inspection there appears to be some form of doubling on the obverse. What do you guys think? Machine or hub doubling? Report this Post to the Staff

But all I'm seeing is a worn out die struck with slight Machine Doubling on this coin. Report this Post to the Staff
