i want to guess VF25

great original looking circulated half. I like the mottling on the obverse. She's getting crusty!
Rest in Peace

VF-30, Too bad about those 2 obverse scratches on her skirt.

I don't know if the scratches would necessarily take off from it getting details.

I'm at a nice VF30 on this. 1923 S halves in VG-F+ shape are REALLY hard to come across. An easy $150-200 coin right here.

Easy VF-35 and possible EF-40. Very strong for a 1923-S.

Agree VF-35, but think there's at least a fair chance it could get detailed. Overall, very nice.

I think that the scratches will make this coin get a details grade.

My original 1923 s was the most worn of the set. I liked the crustyness of this coin and the full breast features. Sorry about the blurry reverse. I find it to be vf 35 to xf 40, difficult to find unmolested or cleaned.
