1893-S Morgan Real Or Fake? Grade?

The coin looks correct to be genuine as the date looks correct with the raised 3. I would grade the coins at VF 20/25. Check the LIBERTY area to confirm the die markings. There is a set of rabbit ears in the first leg (at the bottom of the leg) of the R and a slant line in the top of the T. If the coin has the die marking, you should send it in for grading. There is always a chance it could get a details grade. Here is a photo for your use on the die markings.

I don't see anything that screams fake to me. It it has been cleaned it was done a while ago. Grade wise, I'd give it a fine to very fine details. Even with the current problems it is still worth some pretty good money IF it's the real deal.

The coin is in some need of conservation to remove the distracting carbon spotting on the reverse at the top. There also appears to be a rim ding/flat spot visible on the reverse, at the 6 o'clock position. Either the spotting left "unconserved", or the rim ding, will get the coin a details grade.

If it were mine, I'd send it in to ANACS for a quick TPG that won't cost you an arm and a leg. At least you'll know whether it's the real deal and won't have to spend a small fortune and wait months to find out. Once you find out whether it's the real deal you can then decide whether you want to put more money in it and get it conserved or not.
