While roll searching dimes I have found quite a few 2015 P's that appear to be losing the P mintmark due to die wear. Has any one found any coins that the P is completely gone or would the dies have been replaced before they wear that far?

Sounds like it's time for a 2015 No P slot in the Roosevelt dime albums!

Make sure you get the "strong reverse" 2015 no P.

I haven't found any missing the P mint mark but, I did find 2 die clashes with a nice die chip on the torch, and many that show extreme die wear.
