To me, it shows too much wear on both sides to make VF. Only half of the eagle's feathers show, and most of the mid-area hair curls and clasp are flat or indistinct. This may be due to a poor strike, but I can't see NGC giving this a 20.

It compares pretty close IMO to VF-25 at PCGS photograde

Love the Mox, but I'll bet $10 he can't get this into a straight VF slab.

I think NGC would even do a vf25, it's nicer than a typical NGC capped vf20. The hair around the face is impressive for only a vf20, so I'm a vf25. Looks original surfaces too, but am not 100% on that. Nice one!
