So difficult to grade from pics. Like your mini-porthole, this faces up in the low VF range at best, perhaps only Fine, especially with the corner crease. It is the most common of the Woodchoppers, and I would not think it would be worth spending money to have it graded.

I would not hazard a guess on sending it in for grading, but I have seen worse looking notes at low vf, so I would put it that, or a little better. As coinfrog said, judging from a picture can be less than accurate, and, welcome from me too!

Looks like a no problem VF note, probably best left raw! Welcome!! This is a US Note, not a Silver Cert.

It could well go VF; just concerned about its rumpled appearance. Either grade would not surprise me.

I'd say VF35. It's a fresh looking note.

VF30 looks about right on this one.
This is actually a United States Legal Tender note.

Here is a TPG 35 note for comparison. Looking at it, there is only the very faintest indication of four folds, if that. I submitted this note fully expecting a 45.  Edited by Coinfrog

I pretty much agree with the "class". However, if you're a member of the PCGS Currency Collectors the March 2016 Special would allow you to get it graded for $12; or $10 if you submit 25 or more notes.
With all that said, the 'slabbed' notes seem to calm doubts with note buyers. My caveat to all: "Buy the note NOT the holder."
