From the images, the coin appears to have noticeable wear on its high points (e.g., the leg and arm of Lee on the obverse, the leg and breast of the eagle on the reverse).

Also seen are a number of parallel lines on the obverse that generally point to a previous cleaning.

I would call the coin XF Details - Cleaned.

Late to the party ... but fully concur with the previously stated opinions.

This is an authentic, circulated XF range example of a lovely coin which has alas experienced a rather severe cleaning at some point.
