AU-55. Being the most common Morgan after the 1921, I wouldn't have paid more than $30 or so for it.

AU53/AU55, obverse possibly lightly wiped at one point based on the hazy, cloudy look to the surfaces, but that's not uncommon for ex-album coins. Reverse is nicer than the obverse.

It is VAM 7 (High 9 EDS.)

I need to play around with more AU Morgans. I was thinking MS on this one. I guess I need more practice with AU-55/58 coins.

Except for the dull luster on obverse, this is a real nice coin. MS-64 with a shot at 65. I'd be tempted to dip this one in E-Z-est for a couple seconds as the luster will pop on the obverse.
