Is it normal for such initials to be put on bullion coins?

My silver one arrived on Thursday and I am very happy with it. I have not had the time to take a picture of it yet.

Very, very nice coins, thank you for pictures.

Just checked the RM site - they sell the silver coins for ~CAD 60 .
Is it the price that you've paid for bullion 2oz coin (by this I mean, could be possible to find them later, less expensive through the dealers)?

I have yet to see the coin on any of the 3 UK online dealers that I have dealt with.

My cost in the UK was £37.90 since we have to pay VAT on silver coins.

Yes, true, they haven't appeared yet at the dealers.

just assuming (cause didn't see the mintage limit), that they will not be "rare", so hopefully will be priced without significant premium.

Although looks like will get from RM....all I need couple of these coins.

This is great, not run of the mill bullion coins even if the mintage is NOT limited. Tired of the usual offerings in bullion EXCEPT for Somalian elephant coins which are FABULOUS. Yes I am biased. lol

will be getting these and the 1/4 ounce. so happy gold is in an uptrend because it makes it so easy to buy these now.

@kena I read the spec that the silver 2 oz coin has dimension of 38mm, so it should be twice as thick as maple leaf, right?

This is the best that I can do at such a late hour in the UK to show the thickness differences.

Left is the Queen's Beasts and on the right is a bullion silver Britannia.

Just thought about this....
The dealer will buy from The Royal Mint as well, so I expect, the margin on each coin could be even CAD 10-20 per coin!
So isn't smarter to buy from RM?

Another aspect:
The RM distributes the coins in the special capsules or tubes (while not sure that coins in tubes are encapsulated).
So for sure, dealer will buy tube and will sell coins from the tube, possibly without any capsule.

So at bottom line, buying from dealer, we will pay much more (and this actually just a bullion coin) and without capsule.
