Good evening I looked up design creep and it says that all of them have been found by one person but I think I have found what I would call the exact same thing let me know what you guys think

What is the weight of your coin. Also I would like to see the obverse of the coin.

Nice find Nyfireman. Definitely one to hang on to. It's unknown if it's a common or rare error coin, because we don't know how long they used the reverse die. Time will tell.

So far it is the only nickel with it known so far. So it is probably just U.S. Nickels.
