Without close up photos of both sides, I can;t be sure, but I'd speculate that they are actually tokens of some sort. NumisRob Bedrock of the Community United Kingdom 18012 Posts	Posted 07/04/2016 4:37 pm They look vaguely like the current ongoing series of German 2-euro coins commemorating different regions of the Federal Republic (rather like the US 50 States Quarters), but a comparison with a couple of the actual coins shows that the pictures are different, and these seem to have writing on the silver-coloured outer ring whereas the actual coins just have stars.
